Return Policy
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging whenever possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Zenist reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized products where applicable
- Products missing components, packaging, or accessories
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For approved returns, customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service, as Zenist cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Zenist will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Refund Process
Once a return has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval status.
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within several business days depending on payment provider processing times.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Zenist reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, cancellations, or support requests in cases involving:
- Suspicious activity
- Fraudulent claims
- Abuse of return policies
- Excessive refund requests
- Returned items that do not match original order contents
- Evidence of intentional misuse or manipulation
For security and verification purposes, additional information or documentation may occasionally be requested before approving certain claims or refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may usually be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins. Once processing or fulfillment has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers experiencing issues with an order are encouraged to contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Zenist reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication history, and related evidence when responding to chargeback claims.
